Warning to consumers about right of withdrawal.
Sales of products on the Internet are governed by Law Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999, which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is made outside of business premises.

Warranties for defects.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24 of 02/02/2002 Webstore is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity which exists at the time of delivery.
The lack of conformity is found for:
discrepancies between what was proposed and what you have purchased
Internal damage from transport not found at the reception
The lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months from the date of purchase; The time limit to let us know the fault of the product from the moment it is manifested is two months. Procedure for exercising the right to restore.
If the product purchased on our site present some lack of conformity, to obtain correction of the consumer goods and make it conform to the contract of the sale do as follow:
Within 24 of receipt of goods, send to www.ciclimaggioni.it communication via e-mail by email@example.com indicating the defect of the product.

Put on the package the return authorization number (NAR) assigned by www.ciclimaggioni.it.
Received and checked the returned product, Cicli e Sport Maggioni will restore the lack of conformity in accordance with past agreements and will take care of delivery of the goods again at no cost for the customer.
